While every agent will promise to sell your home, the reality of the real estate market today is that this simply doesn't always happen. The fact of the matter is, the majority of homes listed for sale sit on the market for months, and many of these homes never sell at all. Needless to say, this is highly frustrating to a home seller like you. But more then this, it can be financially crushing if you're counting on the sale of your home to fulfill some other obligation.

My 60 Days or I'll Pay You up to $5,000 Guarantee is as simple as this: I guarantee to sell your home within 60 days or I will pay you up to $5,000 when it sells, while listed with me. If your home is not sold withing the first sixty (60) days of the listing agreement, than I will continue to market your home until the expiration date of the Listing Agreement and pay, You the owner, one percent (1%) of the selling price based on a seven percent (7%) commission, up to a maximum sale price of $500,000 upon the successful sale and closing of the property while the Listing Agreement is in effect.

Your property must sell during isting period to receive a cash refund.

Listing price is mutually agreed upon based on market value determined within two percent (2%) of comparable home sales with in the last 6 months, condition of property and current market conditions.
