Terms and Conditions of Buyer Rebate Program

Buyer Rebates are available to clients of Kennth "Pat" Gillespie who have entered into a Buyers Representation Agreement. Program Participants are advised that cash rebates are offered as an inducement to buy real estate through Kenneth "Pat" Gillespie. RE/MAX International, RE/MAX Commitment, its Owners, Brokers, and agents are not a party to the Buyer Cash Back rebates offered by Kennth "Pat" Gillespie.

Cash Rebates are only available on homes identified as "Qualified Properties". Only Kenneth "Pat" Gillespie or the Seller of the property funds all rebates. Rebate amounts advertised are based on the list price of homes for sales. Sale prices less than the list price may affect the amount of the rebate.

As required by the State of Ohio Division of Real Estate, any purchase agreement entered into between the Buyer and Seller will include language that discloses a cash rebate is being given as inducement to purchase.

Buyers are hereby advised that some mortgage lenders may not allow a cash rebate to be given to the Buyer of a home. Alternatives to cash rebates are available to buyers in the form of closing cost credit, reduction of purchase price in an amount equal to the cash rebate, or gift cards. Buyers are advised to consult with their lender on which alternative is best for their situation and mortgage loan.

This Cash Rebate Program offer by Kenneth "Pat" Gillespie is effective between April 20,2006 to August 31, 2006.
